I’m the Founder and CEO of an HR tech startup, Walk With You. At W2Y, our goal is help incentivise proactive self care by employees. We facilitate this by partnering with employers to run fun activity challenges, inspire teamwork & healthy competition and educate employees through our expert led workshops. Our early customers include the likes of Cambridge University Judge Business School, Session AI, iM Global Partner and 2 Circles Solutions.
Prior to founding Walk With You, I led a team of talented individuals at Medallia (a pioneering software company in the customer experience management space) to support & grow our NORAM and EMEA customers. Everything post sales (deployment, growth, renewal & upsell) for $$MM customer ACV was my remit.
